Arriving Soon!
This TRUMPF TruPunch 3000 (S11) is from year 2017 and has SheetMaster Compact automation so is a very productive machine. As you can see from the photos, the machine is in very good condition, but as standard it will go through our full refurbishment program on arrival. It’s not long until our Christmas shut down and we are finishing some of our on-going projects, this time we are decommissioning and packing up our refurbished TRUMPF TruLaser 3030 L20 machine. This machine will head up to Scotland in the new year and will give our customer the extra capacity for more laser cutting. Demonstration Machine Offer!
The 10 series is Timesaver’s versatile starter model and cost saving alternative for manual deburring. Edge rounding and finishing of metal.
This machine has two heads: an easy to change grinding pad and a brush. The different kind of brushes can take care of deburring, edge rounding, finishing, laser oxide removal and heavy slag removal. Also, mirror finish can be created if required. Thanks to the 180 degrees rotating shaft, it is easy to rapidly switch between consumables.

Quality doesn't hang around long!
This TRUMPF TruBend 5130 only entered the building on Friday, but we a pleased to say we have now taken an order and it will leave us in January. So, its time for a quick wipe down and on to finding another gem of a machine like this one!

Refurbishment in Progress
This TRUMPF TruLaser 5030 Fiber is currently in the early stages of our refurbishment program. After our initial inspection for anything that stands out as damaged or missing, the cleaning takes place. As you can see, the machine body is cleaned inside and out and has been brought back to its former glory. There are parts of the machine that aren’t damaged like the rail cover bellows, but due to a lot of the oil and grease marks they will be replaced. Running alongside is the cleaning and painting of the machine covers and panels, with the Fiber Laser Source getting extra care and attention due to its importance.

Investing in our future
Today we moved this TRUMPF TruLaser 3030 Fiber machine into position within our workshop. It will be the first machine we install with the intention of being used for customer demonstrations and cutting time trials, but the main objective is to have a working machine that can help give our apprentices the opportunity to really get to know the TRUMPF Fiber machine in every way possible. We will work closely with Aiden and Harrison our apprentices, and start the installation of this machine soon, where we will document their progress from start to finish, I hope you will join us and follow their progress with this project.

Our Latest Machine Install.
This TRUMPF TruLaser 3030 (L49) Fiber machine is now at its new home in the South East of England. The customer who already has a TRUMPF TruLaser 2525 CO2 laser wanted to expand his business and a used 6kW TRUMPF Fiber machine from Severn Machines Limited completely fitted his criteria. An extra building was acquired to house the incoming machine, and this was needed, so to cope with the extra volume of work a TRUMPF Fiber machine can produce. The machine was delivered, installed, and commissioned, leaving our technician to give the machine operators full training which was completed and now the machine is in full production.

We would like to thank the Herefordshire & Worcestershire Group Training HWGTA for a fantastic awards evening where our apprentices Harrison Hill and Aiden Summerville were awarded certificates for passing there Engineering Foundation Diploma Level 2 courses. The night was even more special when Aiden was nominated for the Engineering Endeavour Award which he won due to his outstanding work and attitude throughout his first year at collage and when in the work place at Severn Machines. A huge thank you to Harrison and Aiden for what you bring to the team at Severn Machines and long may it continue.

This TRUMPF TRUMATIC 6000L machine has a 3.2kW CO2 laser source and is a large format so has a working range of 2535mm x 1615mm and can work with sheets up to 8mm in thickness.
