My client heading into his first bodybuilding classic comp in 6 weeks 💪here a comparison from when we started to this morning and very happy with progress !
We will be bringing undeniable condition to the stage it may be his first comp but I treat everyone as their own Olympia 👌so to speak ! 💯 % or nothing goes into prep with old school methods and values bringing that hard to come by condition and in 6 weeks time Matt will@be peeled inside out 😊consistency on his side and dedication is a must as a good coach is only the start we can lead a horse to water so to speak but cannot force him to drink the real hard work is with the client ! Well done so far Matt the hard work has just begun 💪

My own summer shape up transformation week 13. Three more weeks until Turkey, so will push a little bit more until going into a good solid off-season till next year where I will deafly compete. This has been a trial after a few years off competing just to see how I shape up, but now need more muscle tissue to do what my goal demands for next year. Now I’m relatively free from injury I can push the off-season a little bit more with compound movements, such as squats and overrode and deadlifts, which I attributed to adding thickness to my physique over the years, but really haven’t been able to do these to affect because of lower back injuries and a few more niggles. So will steadily go into off-season end of August and push until next March and see where I’m at. This prep if you can call it prep has been very easy just following my basic principles and basically showing up and doing the work it’s not been stressful. I’m not tired one that I’m not demotivated for training, so basically it’s a condition and lifestyle I could maintain throughout if I didn’t plan on going into an off-season. All those not wishing to compete but just want to stay all round manageable condition and look good for whatever reason I can help you achieve a goal. Last client of the day Matt and we are 6 weeks out from his first timers comp 👍really turned on the best now pushing him both with diet change and intensity with shorter workouts getting the job done whilst switching the cardio to stepper or stair master 👌difference in condition is incredible this week and as a coach super proud ! Hams and quads have started to show striations with feathering to the quads (and that was after leg day tonight so pumped and holding water 💧. Matts feeling it now and it’s time to go in the hole so to speak (a dark place of the old school ) where you go in human and come out the other side a freak of condition 😂Mb total training let’s do this

Throw back to 2021-2022 💪 when competing was my thing and all was going to plan 👌 12 comps and 12 x 1st place wins over that time period ! When you find a formula stick with it stop fu***ng things up trying to fix something that isn’t broken and being to scientific !
For prep coaching drop me a pm male of female as I’ve coached females to British standard over the years way before social media was this big we just used to turn up on the day and do our thing 👌letting out prep and hard work do the talking not long bu****it meso cycles what ever the new buzz word is or new phases and hacks 😂😂 this is why I see so many 6 weeks out standing on stage through lack of going in the hole as we used to say and doing the fing hard work needed to get shredded and often coached by a coach who eats a tub of lard and looks like he/she never touched a weight but uses all the new buzz words and phrases 😂

it takes just 40 minutes a day to train and keep active in the day around 10,000 steps. Keep your diet sensible it’s not complicated cut out the junk and keep the alcohol to the very minimum. It’s not complicated need a scientific approach. It’s a very basic combination of common sense, consistency and a little bit of self motivation.👌 you can use every excuse in the book, but at the end of day we sat on the settee at night for more than 40 minutes then everybody’s got time to train and everybody’s got time to change not only for your looks, but your well-being as well.
