This is a polite notice , if you cannot make your appointment and it's on the day then I'm really sorry but that appointment has to be paid for as you can appreciate I cannot usually repace the appointment with another one at such short notice , I'm a reasonable person and I usually give a slight reduction in the total of the apppointment where I can , but I am running a business and this is my income , if this happens a few times then I will have to start asking for a non refundable deposit to secure your further appointments .
Your cooperation would be very much appreciated , I realise it's hard when you can't make your appointment and you still have to pay but sadly this is the case in the majority of establishments like mine , hope you all understand .
