I experienced the feel good factor of open water swimming today at # escapetothelake.
I can highly recommend this lake, it is rated 'outstanding' for water quality. Take your self out of your comfort zone and try something new...who knows you might become addicted...I have !
So blessed to have a fabulous venue on my doorstep. Can't wait to the next session 🏊‍♀️🥰
