WE’RE GETTING MARRIED 💍

Yep, crazy how fast time flies when you’re planning a wedding! After today, we will be closed until next Friday as we are getting married on Tuesday and we will be having a few days off to celebrate, see family and relax after the wedding!

We will be re-opening Friday 9th from midday (spending that morning baking lots of cakes and making some fresh bread!) 🍞

Brand new bake alert! An experiment in the kitchen that absolutely paid off. A buttery, Lotus biscuit base, then topped with our classic dark chocolate brownie, then topped with a Biscoff infused cheesecake mixed and baked.

‘TRE CARNI’ FOCACCIA SANDWICH 🥪🫶🏻

Meaning ‘three meats’ in Italian, this is our take on the classic BMT sandwich. It’s about time we released a new focaccia sandwich, isn’t it?

Sweet chilli jam, sliced chorizo, salami, prosciutto, topped with melted Emmental cheese, finished with fresh salad and sliced pickles.

GIANT VALENTINES DAY COOKIE 🤍🌹

An 8’ inch chocolate chip cookie, covered in buttercream icing and sprinkles will be available to order for collection for this Valentine’s Day! We are also adding the option to add your own text on-top, but please be aware, it must fit on-top of an 8 inch cookie (so don’t make it too wordy!) Last orders to taken on Sunday 11th February and collection times will run during our opening hours on Wednesday. Each cookie is £25, and it is collection only from our shop down Friar Street. Treat someone special this Valentines with this sweet treat! ✨

We will be having a few Valentines themed tray-bakes in the cabinet this weekend, so keep an eye out (lots of red velvet xox)
