This week I am running at CPD Standards Office accredited course Working with Alpacas and Llamas in Animal Assisted Therapy. I have a wonderful passionate and enthusiastic group of students who tried clicker training for animal training and therapeutic encounter enrichment activities this afternoon. We have had a fantastic group of people for the first Camelidynamics Handler course this year; thank you to Jill, Paul, Maddy, Molly, Angie and Terry for being so caring and respectful of our alpacas and llamas. And Twix got to meet our inflatable training aid 'Tom" for the first time!

We are all set up at the British Alpaca Society National Show at Telford international centre this weekend. Come along and talk Camelidynamics. I have the full range of halters and handling gear too!

The twins really enjoyed the company of pupils from Alderman Knight School, here today to learn about caring for alpaca.

Its stopped raining for 5 whole days! And the runway is dry enough for everyone to stretch their legs....much to their relief!! The twins have their now ill-fitting coats on as there is a cold wind. Not that they are standing still enough to get cold!!

Part of the twins morning ritual is to get weighed They are never picked up and take quickly to being guided with the wands from day one.
