We’re part of Ideal Day’s Basket Of Herbs launch today and looking outside it couldn’t be nicer day for it 🌞🌞🌞

In the height of lush summer growth we hand-picked elderflower from our garden and lemon balm grown on the farm. Dry and elegant, with a crisp acidity this beer is a lovely expression of this time of year. Made in the spirit of all the beers we make, simple yet with complex depth of flavour. Focused on ingredients and how they are grown

Brewed for warmer evenings and longer nights.
Tropical, crisp, delicious. Galaxy is backed up by Pacific Sunrise and Idaho 7 coming together to bring tropical fruit, grape and passion fruit notes. Rounded off with a clean firm bitterness 😮‍💨

Weather looks good this weekend. Come through and crush a few in the sunshine 🙌

2 new kegs on the board on this miserable Saturday afternoon!

DEST CZECH PILS. This unfiltered, naturally carbonated lager is brewed with German Pilsner malt along with Saaz and Hallertau Mittlefrüh hops before being cold conditioned for 30 days. Crisp, clean and frizzing with classic noble hop character. POURING ON SIDE POUR TAP 😯

TACO DDH PALE. This pale ale is saturated in Zumo and Cashmere hops sourced from Gooding Farm in Idaho and Segal Ranch in Washington State. Both varieties were hand selected during a road trip across the Pacific Northwest based on their incredible flavour profile. Lemon zest, honeydew melon, peach, coconut and tonnes of freshly squeezed lime 🤤

We’re hyped to be part of the release of these limited edition beers from each showcasing a different hop variety from the 2023 Yakima Chief hop harvest. We’re just about to get the kegs hooked now and can’t wait to try them. Pouring from midday. Tasting notes below

STRANDS #1 (8% DIPA) - This Double India Pale Ale was brewed with a single lot of Mosaic. We’re getting Parma Violets, blueberry muffins, rose petals and strawberry candyfloss

STRANDS #2 (5.5% Pale) - This juicy pale ale was brewed with a single lot of Idaho-7®. We’re getting mango, ripe pineapple, pink grapefruit, apricot, papaya and pine sap

STRANDS #3 (6.4% Bright IPA) - This crisp Northwestern-style IPA was brewed with a single lot of Citra®. We’re getting bergamot, pot, blood orange and lemon verbena

Been waiting for today to put this keg of Erle that’s been in the cellar for a few weeks 🥹🥹🥹

Schwarzbier has been around since at least the 16th century and used to be more widespread than it is today. In the industrial revolution of the 19th century, it was almost displaced by mass-produced lighter beers. Only a few breweries preserved the beer style, and for about 30 years now it has been experiencing a renaissance. Schlenkerla Erle black lager uses a very special smoked malt. This is not dried over beech wood fire, as is usually the case, but over fire made of alder wood. The alder smoked malt brings a fine, complex smoky flavor to the beer. Imma be slurping a few of these come 4pm 😋😋😋

We’ve had a little 10ltr keg of this years Death By Caribbean Chocolate Cake that we’ve held back for Xmas. Well it’s now Xmas so we getting that keg on today!!!

This is the amped-up, big brother of the original, more cocoa nibs, more milk sugar for smoothness and body and a mother-load of Cypress wood. It’s the kind of beer that will make you wonder just who you’d back in a fight between one beast of a tropical fruit salad & a grossly decadent, rich, creamy chocolate cake 🤤

Pouring from midday today. Merry bloody Xmas 🎅
