‘Home home’ today 😢 and feeling a tad sad. Yet the sun is shining and I’ve got so much to look forward to.

Now, everything is full throttle to gear up towards my week at Solfest!! 🏕️ 🎪 🪩 🎶
I’m there Thursday to Monday this year, providing both workshops and healing! Excited nervous.

Also my Soundbaths at Essence Wellness begin next week. Both dates in August and first one in September are SOLD OUT ~ with extra numbers added, so excited.

Lots of fun things happening over the summer.. and changes are afoot! ✨ 💕

Each sister circle over the last few month we have shared energies within the circle and the image on the left is always what I see!! For we are made of starlight, star dust and actual universal energy. Most of the elements of our bodies were formed in stars over the course of billions of years and multiple star lifetimes.

So special find of.. EVER!! down the shore last week was a discovery of Pirate glass! Pirate glass can be found in a variety of colours, but it is usually dark olive green, dark purple, or amber. Pirate glass often appears to be a sneaky black pebble or stone, but it actually isn’t.
When you hold it up to a penetrating light, you will be able to see what its actual colour is. Imagine my surprise when I got it home and checked.
I’d only just been reading about it that morning and found a piece that afternoon.
Barry and I had bets if it was or wasn’t… guess who won. 😏 🙋🏻‍♀️

Pirate glass comes from a very long time ago when sailors, merchants, and pirates would transport goods from one place to another. The term “pirate glass” derives from the fact that these early black glass bottles were possibly drunk from by pirates.
Needless to say, the first piece I tried…was.. and I haven’t found anymore since. But that won’t stop me looking. 🌊 💚

💓 Are you someone who values other people opinions more than your own? 💕

It may be an age thing, or perhaps I’m just a little bit more confident in myself, but I often hear myself saying to others when they make reference to ‘what others may think’… who cares?

As long as we lead with love and light in our thoughts, words and actions.. throw other peoples opinion of YOU in the rubbish! Your happiness is worth far more than anything they could ever feel or say (negatively) towards/about you.

…because isn’t worth, about self!? ~ Self worth!
