🔥 Recently our team have been bringing another primary school up too regulations ✅

All the works completed so far is to achieve the required fire and safety ratings needed to keep the children and teachers as safe as possible in the event of an emergency.

Works consisting of:

🔹New fire door and frame sets.
🔹Fire foam and fire mastic all around the perimeters of the install.
🔹Removing existing internal glazed windows to classrooms and replacing with stud work, x2 layers of new pink fire boards both sides.

🚨🎉 SURPRISE 40th BIRTHDAY PRESENT 🎉🚨

For the last 6 days our team for the first time have been working behind the scenes, whilst our customers husband was at work Monday-Thursday!

Removing ring door bells, avoiding deliveries to the home address & trying to leave no evidence for when he returned from home! He went abroad to celebrate his birthday, by this time we had almost finished our works & was down to the remaining trades to get hands on deck to get the power on & place painted ready for furnishings over the weekend!

Today our team completed an attic conversion we have been working on over the recent weeks. With one half of the attic converted into a bedroom we then moved into the remaining space and created this bathroom suite.

Today our team completed this project, building this pergola just in time for some lovely sunshine ☀️⛩

Using pressure treated timber, and enclosing the roof with 10mm twinwall polycarbonate sheeting coloured in opal. This will let light through but also keep the area shaded during the summer time!

The perfect spot to sit out and relax all year round!

Recent project completed in Sheffield 🙂

Our team recently manufactured & supplied Precision Builders with these bespoke timber windows for one of their ongoing projects!

They have removed the existing patio doors within the bay and also removed the x2 side windows. Replacing them with the windows manufactured to imitate existing & transform the elevation of this property!

It’s been a busy period for us recently and the benefits of us having a workshop has enabled us to complete a huge amount of bespoke joinery aswell as undertaking domestic site work.

Restoration works for a repeat customer of ours, and we couldn’t of asked for better weather ☀️ 🔨 👨🏼‍🎨

As you can see in the pictures below these windows suffered & became rotten due to the glazing being 4mm single glazed. Condensation constantly dripping and sitting on the inside, and this elevation receives all the bad weather! 🌧 ❄️ 🧊

Restoring the frame with new hardwood cills & sashes to match existing with 14mm double glazed units, draught excluder and a couple of coats of paint and she’s back to life at a fraction of the cost for a new window. ❌💷

Here’s a few pictures of recent projects over the last few weeks we’ve had the pleasure of working on.

A local Pilates studio based locally in Retford called The reformer room which you can find on Instagram! We manufactured and installed the oak slat style dividers to separate the studio to the reception upon entrance.

Working on the roads in Suffolk 🚐 🏨
Carrying out works to bring a small village primary school upto fire & safety standards/regulations installing new fire door and frame sets along with some new hardwood windows and external fire exit door sets.

Completing the fitting of this stunning staircase/design in Blyth for a local building company Reed construction. Having to machine every knewel post on every face to create the inset panel like look and installing the metal matt black iron spindles after painting! 👌🏼

Compact laminate worktops is very labour intensive to install but it does make a huge impact in this modern kitchen!! Thanks to Benchmarx Kitchens Trade (Worksop) for supplying the kitchen would highly recommend their services!
