We have a position available for an experienced roofer to join our expanding team and increasing work load. We are a Worksop based company that does all aspects of roofing.

Candidates must have the following:

✅ Experience in ALL aspect of roofing & roofline works
✅ Must be able to carry out work to the highest standard, we wont accept anything less!
✅ Full UK clean driving licence
✅ Reliable & trustworthy
✅ Be presentable & have good communication skills
✅ Be able to work as part of a team

This is a temporary position but can lead to a full time position for the right candidate.

Third one finished ✅️ fourth one just needs rubbish removing, moving onto the fifth one later this week.

We disconnected the solar panels, stripped off the existing roof and the chimney stack was ground out, repointed and top remounted.
Everything was replaced with new breathable waterproof underlay, new tanalised roof battens, anthracite tiles and dry ridge system. Solar panels were then re installed.

We had the pleasure of giving this lovely family a useable safe space for the children to play.
Before, the only way up was by ladder which wasnt ideal. So we at Watkinson & Sons Building Services Ltd came in and reconfigured the landing area which allowed us to build and install a set of stairs for a much safer access to the attic room.

We stripped off the existing roof and the rear chimney stack was also dismantled below roof level.
Everything was replaced with new breathable waterproof underlay, new tanalised roof battens, grey tiles, dry verge and dry ridge system.
We also boarded the loft, wired in two lights and supplied and installed a loft ladder which was finished with flat trims to give it a tidy finish (picture to follow)

Conservatory re roof completed for a lovely couple in 2 days.
We removed the old polycarb sheets and built a new timber frame.
We then boarded,insulated and installed a lightweight tin roof in anthracite grey.
It was then plasterboarded ready for CBN Maintenance Ltd to come in and skim it.

Safe to say the customers are over the moon with the transformation 🌝

Conservatory build from start to finish that we finished at the beginning of the month.
We dug out and laid the foundations. Built new brick/block work walls and supplied and installed new upvc frames and french doors.
We then built a timber frame, boarded, insulated, cut out and installed a velux window before installing lightweight tin roof tiles.
It was then plasterboarded, skimmed and floor tiles laid.
