A horse can kick approximate speed of 200mph, an average horse can kick with a force of around 2,000 pounds of force per square inch. With that in mind it's comforting to know that here at Bloomfields we have year upon year exceeded ourselves with the results of our strenth tested bulkhead for VCA Type Approval.

Our bulkhead has been tested to over 4 times the legal requirement. The test station were forced to STOP testing at this point as they were to the maximum capabilities of their test equipment.

Proving again that Bloomfields are the market leaders in 3.5t horsebox design....

Over the last few weeks we have featured charities and organisations that support retired racehorses, but there are many, many more that do a fantastic job including Racehorse Relief, The Racehorse Sanctuary, Racehorse Rescue Centre, Godolphin (supports Godolphin-owned thoroughbred horses as they move on to a life after racing) https://www.godolphinlifetimecare.com/ , Racehorse Rehoming Centre - Registered Charity and HorseBack UK (a charity that not only helps Thoroughbreds but also empowers service personnel & veterans suffering life changing injuries and PTS disorder).
Some of these charities, along with World Horse Welfare and HAPPA - Horse & Pony Protection Association support the Retraining of Racehorses vulnerable horse scheme https://www.ror.org.uk/welfare/welfare-1/care-of-vulnerable-racehorses by providing care, rehabilitation, retraining and rehoming to horses that are in need of charitable intervention. In exchange, the racing industry, through RoR, offers financial support by providing grants to cover the cost of care which during 2022 amounted to over £215k🤩 👏. 💙🐎
