Dinnington Town FC TOURNAMENT WINNERS 🏆 🏆🏆🏆 U11 LIONS 🏆🏆🏆🏆 Red hot long day at the Dinnington tournament, really tough group which we managed to top, a nervous final and eventually winners. Up the worksop boys club 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 WELL DONE 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

I just wanted to give a BIG THANK YOU to last nights hosts Worksop Town FC for arranging a superb charity event, where several local companies and clubs entered teams and they all took part in a tournament, all in support of The Aurora Wellbeing Centre Bassetlaw Charity. What a turn out we had!! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 As a club we entered two teams which comprised of our Managers/coaches & parents. They all played their hearts out and genuinely had a fantastic time! I’m so proud of each and everyone of you who stepped up and took part…. Infact it was enjoyed that much, they are going to continue training weekly in prep for next years event! 😂👌👏🏻 A special Thank you to Craig Perkins who played a huge role in organising the two teams, bringing in the players and creating two great squads! He’s a massive asset to our club and we’re very grateful to have him. Well done Craig 👏🏻 A BIG WELL DONE to all of you who took part aswell, I’m sure some of you will be in “a little” Pain this morning 😂, but wasn’t it worth it! 🤭 Another big Thank you to all our Junior players who came in support with their parents 👏🏻👏🏻 wow, we really did bring in a crowd! I saw the girls doing their own Worksop B&G face painting at one point 😂 , absolutely fantastic to see such great friendships blooming 🙌🏻 Overall another success 💪🏻 for all involved. We go again….. 🏆 U10 Falcons 🏆 🗣️ There's moments in your life that you will cherish forever & today was one of them. For a brand new team, to win a trophy against teams in higher leagues & longer established is an outstanding achievement by the boys. To see their faces & how happy they were is priceless. They were all brillant, as we're all you parents, family & friends. Big shout out to Ash for the tombola, Lucy for the hotdogs, Abbey & Kate for the stall, Carl for the awesome programmes, Simon for checking the teams registrations & tallying the tables, Rosanna for presenting the medals & trophy. Big thank you to my mate & coach James. We're all one big team & everything we do is for our boys. Today is the good old days we'll all talk about in years to come.
