3 Tips for today’s hang snatch.

1. Take a big breath and hold it, it’ll brace your core and help you maintain tension.

2. Initiate the movement by sending the hips back, it’ll keep the bar over the centre of mass and place the shoulders in front of the bar.

3. Maintain the shoulders over the bar until the point of contact in the hips.
