For today only we have batemans 5g at £1.50 a pint for the first 40 customers. Plus the storm tress singing tonight. Can't wait to see you all x

As the dust settles on the disappointment of last night's result... it's time to get back to spreading the love and reminding people of the value of our pubs...

Just because the pubs were packed for the football, doesn't mean our work is done...

Happy Sunday. Opening will be 2.30 today sorru for any inconvenience x x

No pizza at Fuggles tonight as I've gone for a few days at the beach, sorry if you were planning to come down. The pub is still open so go for a drink and we'll be back with pizza next week.

We will be at Clumber on Saturday as usual, serving 4.30-7.30ish.

It's Thursday and the sun is actually out!

Making confit garlic for tonight at Fuggles Chapter One 6-9pm serving Sourdough Wood Fired Pizza available to eat in or take away.

Slightly different special for tonight, as I'll be serving it on a thin and crispy style dough base. More inches, but the portion is about the same, this is how I entertain myself. The special will be Confit Garlic, Oregano, Garlic Oil and Parmigiano Reggiano.

We'll be back at Clumber on Saturday too!

A day out by train heading out first to Retford, an attractive market town, one of the oldest English market towns having been granted its first charter in 1105. Visited 3 pubs here, starting with the “Idle Valley Tap”, before moving onto “Beer Under the Clock” and “Brew Shed”, home of Harrisons Brewery. A short train journey to Worksop, known as the “Gateway to the Dukeries” to visit “The Station Hotel”, “Fuggle’s Chapter One” and “The Mallard” who were hosting their St George’s Beer Festival. Finished off in Woodhouse with a short walk to “The Oxbow”.
