There are early plans for a new venture which will be advertised in due course.

Our last trading day as the Bakehouse will be 15th July 2023.

Linda, Melanie and their team return to The Old Bake House.

We say a big thank you to Bake House buddies Kelly and Ruth, especially their delicious cakes.

While new managers are found, the previous managers, Linda and Melanie, return to continue their warm welcome.

NB: The Old Bake House will be closed on Tuesday 21st for a handover.

Hello everyone, not my usual cheery message but we will be passing the bakehouse torch on to the next team. We will be taking a step back however we never regret taking on The Old Bake House!
We have made wonderful memories and many friends throughout our time here. It was never easy to take over a business during covid but we are so proud to make it the buzzing popular place you know and love 💕 I hope you all continue to have yummy visits to the tearoom and I’m sure we will see you around.

I was having coffee just now and this homeless guy was asking everyone for food and this young lad took him to the counter and brought him a big breakfast and drink. Honestly melted my heart. Restored my faith in the youth of today 💙💙💙
