As the clocks have gone back and the cold slowly creeps in we are going onto our winter timetable.

Monday to Sunday 8am-5pm, last orders 4:30pm.

We would like to inform our customers that will be stopping food at 3pm on Wednesday the 11th October to carry out some kitchen maintenance.

For every other day we are on our autumn hours of opening at 8am-5:30pm, last food orders 5pm.

Statement from the Owners;

We are responding to a post on this page from earlier today. There was a disagreement regarding individuals abusing our policy for those who are disabled and unable to use the stairs. Which unfortunately, some people do try to misuse to “skip the queue”.

This policy is held for those who cannot use the stairs because of disabilities. Who will we happily serve at their table outside.

We cannot however, honour this policy to large groups with non-disabled individuals who are part of the group. We kindly ask you queue.

We also will carry any tray for customers who struggle with stairs or aren’t confident enough to do so.

Today however, the party involved did not like our take on this, and were being verbally rude and abusive to the staff, which hasn’t been the first time from this party. This is when the owner stepped in, tried to diffuse the situation and ultimately had to ask them to leave. Giving full refund and asking them to please not return.

We never have or never will discriminate against ANY disability, and will always try our best to cater for everyone. We will however, hold a zero tolerance to any forms of abuse towards staff.

Our staff work incredibly hard especially in the summer months and cannot commend them enough.
