Especially my SQUAD who was able to be there be it arriving late travelling from Croydon + Kim from central London - u all rocked💃🏻we defo danced for those who couldn’t make it

Where did 2yrs go😢 I didn't believe it but it was true my beautiful niece Misty had passed away at 40yrs old + 6mts pregnant.

Had such a quick dream in the early hrs of this morning seeing her walk in my home then walking but disappearing out the door. It felt so real + when she disappeared it struck me she wasn't alive + in my dream I was crying devastated it was real shes no longer with us then I woke up 😭

I hope her 1st child her beautiful daughter stays strong + shes been amazing throughout ❤ + her 2 little boys are happy

Her brother her twin soul in this collage is coping right now as he too has been amazing ❤ + all her brothers + sister.

Lastly my beautiful sister her mama also in the collage has peace in her heart + stays strong in life + for her family. Love to u in 🇵🇭 💖 💕 ❤

Saw the member from this club today (the highest band of all Virgin gyms uk) who only does my in ever since I covered which she loved + came to to do my dance 2 Fridays ago. But moaned Riverside members didn’t like the classes well the teachers are bad.

She said she loved my Dance class + my mix of music +

So I was excited to tell her I would be teaching at her home club + she was screaming with excitement + said after doing my class she emailed the manager she wanted me there 🥰

Due to this club being out of my way like in the middle of nowhere I never take jobs there 🤣 I said I would only teach there if I had 2 or more classes + they agreed.

Awwwwe my beautiful hard working ZUMBA morning Chicas. Finally left that gym. But yes I made them amazing + sexier 🤣🤣🤣❤️ + taught them how to follow the teacher very well + as u know me

Going through my music for my 1st @1:15pm a mix of genres + its theme end of October + looking at my current URBAN DANCE FITNESS playlists are black artists anyway 🤣so all sorted already for it.

+ just so happy for the transformations in my AQUA here since 9th June FRIDAYS. Just since last week Mondays too. Now this lady is defo stronger so built muscle in the water as she's more toned + fitter + has better coordination ❤ she never gave up.

For DANCE its time to get FIERCE & SEXY the COACH MC way + transform ⭐

It has been a pleasure to this woman + when she really going through tough times she did for a month 3 of my classes on Sundays 9, 20 + 11am ok she may not of had the energy in the last class but she did them + never gave up💪🏽 I love that. She would always say my music keeps her going ❤️
I didn’t realise I helped her mental health this much but I’m honoured to call her my SPIN WARRIOR ⭐️

So I was asked to model for my ZUMBA Bride 2b KIM. Sit there for hrs whilst training. My nail tech was amazing doing this BIO SCULPTURE NAILS on me. Amazing the best manicure I’ve had. My cuticles has never been so neat. I’m popping down on opening night 30th September after teaching BOXING + SPIN.

My 09:30 TEMPO Zia’s pure energy + LOVED IT!

Totally gonna miss this beauts 1 of my best Jen my No.32 preggars but in reality she’s my No.31 cause shes due b4 Salam another SPINNER so Jen was another surprise baby 🎉. But she rocks every SPIN even higher levels than the class at times whoooop whoooop staying fit through pregnancy ❤️

Back to tonight + now the rain wanna come. WHATEVS it will be HOT like the sun is shining in the hall 💃🏽🌟💃🏽

If ur my regular warrior the average calorie burn is 700cals in a 45mins class. In another gym a teacher said “ur SPIN is the class I burn 7-800cals, the others I burn just 400cals”, + he comes in determined + fierce just how I like my Warriors 💪🏽 + the fact he prefers my SPIN to SOUL CYCLE is even better 🤣 but I’ve had quite a few Americans say that in my class too.

Here has been phenomenal - fitter slimmer younger more handsome + such a pretty boy 😍 💯 mental + physical well-being - 💯 of my regulars who puts the work in looks + feels amazing. He’s missed a few wks due to work but Rocked ystdy 🔥

Don’t get me wrong my classes aren’t for everyone but their defo for ppl that wants results + loves to be pushed to their limits + is not deterred by challenges they just come back to conquer their challenges + reap the benefits. I’m so not into defeatist- BYE👋🏽 I ain’t gonna waste my time with u 🤣 life’s too short I LOVE creating WARRIORS who also loves my musicality ❤️

Always thankful after class + said he feels fitter + stronger on the bike + he’s defo looking younger. Even his wife said how good he looks after a few mts with me 🤣 he does my 7am POWER Fridays + 9:30am TEMPO Wednesdays + when he can 6pm TEMPO or 7pm FOUNDATION Thursdays ❤️ love him in class + he sees everyone’s transformations + misses 💕

Cassius just keep rocking in class + riding topless I mean that’s ur look now as 2 others took their tops off last Thur. 🤣 love u being Fierce in the FRONT ROW 💪🏽 BODY MIND & SOUL.

Happy August insta💕

August 4me is when the LOVE of my LIFE No.1 arrived 21yrs ago. It was a heatwave too + ppl thought I had twins in my ginormous belly 🤣

This was my Papas fave pic of Ryan as it cheered him up everytime 😢 + this month was Papas Bday too, their both Leo.

I Tell him every day I LOVE HIM, cuddle + kiss him, so yes hes still my baby ❤

He's a shy polite boy but has grown more confident on the radio presenting his reggae show. I'm so proud of him ⭐

Every child is a blessing + thank God for my kidz.
