Reposting as I'm going back through my dishes for ideas...

Well, I bought some tuna steaks from a fishmonger in Chester and basically cooked the two of them as I did the swordfish below this post. First mistake I made was tuna is more filling so next time one steak can serve two. Second , the lime juice did not work. I also need to realise baby potatoes are little bit bigger. Still getting used to a smaller cooker but getting there 👍

Shopping at Sainsbury's is not to different than Sobeys except cans and cartons are smaller. Slowly getting used to different food labelling.

Personally , I'm surprised at the rate of decline of what is generally referred to as 'your local fishmonger and butcher' in cooking programmes. I do blame supermarkets and people's lack of interest in good quality fish and meat.

TBHQ is a preservative that can be found in many processed foods. It is also found in Crisco and Tenderflake shortening, Tim Hortons Tim Bits, Boston Creams etc...Take the time to read the link below.
