Converted a small box room in a terrace house into an en-suite which has made a lovely usable space out of an unused area as you had to walk through the main bedroom to get to this room.
This room had some unexpected issues that was plaster rot in the walls and a leaking roof.
Client was understandable of these issues and was very happy with the whole outcome
