Thank you for your help and guidance to get me to where I am currently. I feel I'm now in a much better place than I have been in many years and I feel this is down to your abilities as a therapist. Your understanding and explanation have helped me become more in tune. I am more confident, able to speak up for myself and it's given me self-worth. All the thanks in the world would not be enough to tell you how much you have helped me in my journey.

For being there and listening without judgement and for helping me feel like I have a future full of hope and excitement instead of misery and self lothing. Joanna was very very understanding and professional at the same time. I felt at ease about telling her about my traumas as if she is a close friend but she never stopped being professional and attentive for 1 session. I find her counselling very empowering and so big on trusting the patient to figure out his/her own solutions for their own problem.I feel that my bitterness of my traumas has faded away by the end of our sessions together and I am happily surprised that I am getting back to being normal and ambitious person after being deeply depressed and traumatised for few years.I can’t thank Joanna enough for her great work and patience.
