We are fully inclusive, and that means our team is trans-inclusive 🏳️‍⚧️

Meet for 7pm onwards, ready to play in weather appropriate training gear, trainers or moulds, and a bottle of water for hydration...Cardio!!!

Arriving at 7:00, ready to kick off with some cardio and agility exercises to get warmed up. After that, drills and skills, before a game or two.

Followed by a chat and a few drinks in the player's bar afterwards.

Come along and meet our tribe, make some friends, learn some rugby skills, and most importantly, have some fun!
