Then we have our therapist Becky who is doing the Hyrox Women’s Doubles with her friend Becca on Monday 6th May

Myofascial Cupping Therapy

What is it 🧐

It is one of the oldest methods alongside massage therapy of releasing toxins from the body and releasing tension within the tissues

I use the cups in two different ways;
• Sliding Cupping - Is a technique where massage oils is applied, cups attach to the body and the cups glide in the area that requires treatment
• Dry Cupping - Is a technique where vacuum is applied and the cups are in the same position for a short amount of time in the area that requires treatment

Thought I’d reintroduce myself as there are a lot of new people that have come onboard and the business has developed since I opened in March 2022

I’m Becky, owner of Limitless Sports Therapy. I am a fully qualified MSc Sports Therapist and Pilates Instructor
🔹
I base my Sports Therapy work at NR Health & Fitness Club, Attleborough. I am also the head Sports Therapist at Wroxham FC for the Mens 1st Team for their weekly matches in the Isthmian League North Division.

My pilates classes are based across a few locations including Attleborough, Wymondham and Morley.
🔹
Having worked within the sporting industry for over 12 years with over 11 years experience as a Sports Massage Therapist and over 4.5 years as a MSc Sports Therapist
🔹
Within my clinic, my main aim for rehabilitation clients with chronic or acute injuries, is to achieve a pain free state with an increased range of movement. I also aim to help all my clients achieve a better understanding of the mechanics of their body and how best to prevent injury. I use a combination of rehabilitation exercises and hands on therapy to achieve this, combined with anatomy in motion assessments, Myofascial cupping, ultrasound therapy and RockTape (Kinesiology Taping) application where applicable.
I am constantly adding to my qualifications to provide a better service to my clients

When I am not working I enjoy training boxing at the gym, socialising with friends and family, and eating, as I am all about the food, because who isn’t? Walking our pup on beach or in the forest.

A minor change with opening hours as of 19th June. My evenings are a little shorter on Thursdays and I will be finishing by 7pm instead of 8pm so if you require an after work appointment please get in touch and booked in to avoid disappointment.
