So yesterday was a busy day, I had taken a phone call from a gentleman who’d had a DPF delete done on his Fiat Ducato. The remap that he’d had done was not done correctly so he called an expert in to rectify the issue 😉🤪

Diagnostics shown P2002, P2454 this was causing the van to force regen with lots of smoke.

I rectified the issue with Autotuner mapped out the P Codes with a new file, job done no more smoke and a happy customer too 😎👌🏼

Porsche Cayenne 4.2 V8 TDI

Stage 1 and AdBlue solution

Customer was was having AdBlue issues, he also took advantage of my stage 1 performance remap.

He now has no AdBlue worries with miles of smiles.

This is what happens when you don't remove the CAT or DPF and decided to have pops and bangs, HARDCUT or other noises from the rear end 🤣

This would have could of caused damage to engine and turbo so it's always well worth removing before doing any noise from the exhaust

The problematic AdBlue issues on these vans All three vans needed an AdBlue fix also eco-performance remap

All three vans needed to be bench mode so ECU needed to be removed from the engine

Also faults needed to be reset before remaps are added.

He opted for the eco-performance remap and the EGR fix

This van had the new SID321 ECU THIS ECU HAS JUST BEEN JAILBROKEN

Full reset of AdBlue values needs to be done before any work on the ECU. Removed ECU as this is a bench project.
