This is the smoothie that's been keeping me going through the day until tea time for the past 2 weeks.

I started the way of eating on Monday 27th of April. I've lost 15lbs since

It's a combination of 800 calories, low carb, intermittent fasting.

I have my smoothie around 1.30pm and my tea between 7 & 8pm and THAT'S IT! I don't eat anything else.

I drink around 3l's water a day, take on average 6 week's a day and aside from having THE DRYEST MOUTH in the world, I'm NEVER hungry!

Essentially I'm in ketosis, so my body is burning fat constantly when I'm not eating, hence the rapid weight loss.

Sadly 😭 I saw a number on the scales this year I've never seen before and so, I decided it was time to get serious

Once this manky mouth s**t has passed, I cannot wait to see what happens to my body.

I WILL get back to a healthy weight, just you wait and see 😉

It's amazing what I can do when I put my mind to it...

In case you need some inspiration and are a bit confused about the new ABC..

This is something EVERYONE should be doing for their skin.

So many people say they need some Moisteriser what do I recommend...

Thing is you need to prep your skin first

It needs to be properly cleansed each day and with something nourishing that's not going to dry it out...

Then the toner will balance it all out and pump the vitamins in/ or gently exfoliate depending on which one you go for

and ONLY then your Moisteriser will do it's job properly...

Imagine if you were painting a wall...you wouldn't just get out a paintbrush and a pot of paint...

You'd dust/clean the surface first (Cleanser) then you'd add any extras masking tape, dust sheets etx (toner) and then you'd start painting (Moisteriser) - Dani G analogy 🤣🤣

Since way before I became an Ambassador I started using ONLY Tropic Make Up!

Aside from trying one lipstick 💄(which was so dry compared to ours and once a different mascara that made my eyes water 😬) I've used Tropic make up only for the past 3 years.
