Sometimes I have to listen to my body but decide to power through. Other times my body just doesn’t let me. I think I’m giving “handmade in small batches” a new meaning 😆
I have noticed since this stress induced flare up from leaving my full time job due to their lack of support I seem to have exacerbated my EDSh and POTs symptoms. Stress is a huge trigger for those worth these and similar conditions. Silver lining, the way they treated me will only make me stronger in the long run.
Since the start of the year I can count only days on my two hands in which I have been pain free. Scents & Serenity is my dream when I’m suffering and my reality when I’m okay as my condition seems to be progressing. I can’t let this stop me from grasping at where I want to take S&S I just have to accept it may take me a little longer.
My radio silence always means something and hope that my lovely customers always know where to find me.

Sometimes being a perfectionist makes everything take twice as long 😆 … I love making sure that every aspect of producing the 30cl candle is the best it can be. From room temperature testing to wrapping it in tissue and placing it on the shelf. It helps that I am now working with the most perfect packaging ever. I hope that everyone had a wonderful holiday season 🌟🎁 As you know we moved house 🏠 just before Christmas which meant life was on hold for a while…but this break gave me time to drink gin, eat some Christmas chocolates and devise my 2022 product library. In this time I have also built myself a loft workshop!
