Just to let you all know that sadly I will be leaving the salon at the end of March. It has not been an easy decision and I have absolutely loved my time at Alpha Beauty, but my hands need a break and I’m ready for a new challenge.
My last day in the salon is Thursday 30th March, so please make sure any outstanding gift vouchers are used before then.

Look at this transformation!!

The picture on the left was taken before our clients first active rejuvenation treatment on 22.09.21. As you can see she has a natural flush to the skin, fine lines and a loss of elasticity.
We decided to put her on our smart resurfacer programme, our strongest potency treatment to help improve her main skin concerns. Whilst using her environmentally damaged starter kit at home, we increased the doses of AHA’s over the last few weeks to prepare her skin for the smart resurfacer treatment.
The after picture on the right is our clients skin now taken 20.10.21. It is much less inflamed, more plump and has a gorgeous glow! Lines and wrinkles reduced especially on the cheeks and chin, and pigmentation on the forehead much less visible.
Our client will be continuing her smart resurfacer treatments once a month alongside her at home skincare programme.

SPORTS MASSAGE Q&A ⬇️

I don’t do sports, can I still have a sports massage? - of course! Sports massage is suitable for anybody, not just athletes! If you’re suffering with persistent aches and pains, sports massage will definitely benefit you.

How often should I have a sports massage? - if you’re suffering with a particular area I would suggest leaving no longer than 2 weeks between treatments until the pain/range of movement has improved. After that, general maintenance massage every 4-6 weeks.

How can sports massage benefit me? - sports massage helps with injury prevention and recovery, increased range of movement and flexibility, decreased muscle tension and improved sleep.

What are ‘knots’? - A muscle knot is a painful or tender spot in a muscle comprised of tense muscle fibers. Massage therapy helps treat knots by increasing circulation and improving blood flow, which loosens stiff muscles and relieves tension.

Our lovely client is beginning her skincare journey towards a more rejuvenated and younger looking skin. She has previously had her first Therapeutic facial and is using her starter kit at home to introduce her skin to our Nimue products, and the above pictures were taken before and after her most recent Active Rejuvenation treatment - the first active treatment with the lowest dose of AHA’s within her 4 treatment programme.
As you can see there is an instant result with this facial, improving the skins radiance, redness and firmness. The lines appear much less deep, especially around the chin and neck area, and the skin is overall much more hydrated. The next treatment for our client is the Advanced Rejuvenation, where again we up the dose of AHA’s in a stronger active treatment to prepare her skin for the ultimate Smart Resurfacer - the ‘Botox’ facial.
