🤩 wowzers £200!! That’s more than my target and I am so pleased 😌 my minutes are racking up and even with my days of absence I’ve still done more than 31 for 31 and still going! First day back teaching yesterday! It felt good to be back 😅 exercise to music is my thing so I’m happy I pushed through it. (I did feel horrendous after mind you) 😂 I can’t keep stressing enough on how important it is to fill your life with positivity and things that make you feel good long term. I feel like I’m hitting my head against a brick wall because I still see and hear of people doing quite the opposite. It’s so hard to do the right thing when you’re in the wrong place because the two don’t make sense do they? When your mental state is in a negative mindset that little voice we all have is not going to suggest going out for a walk or picking up the phone and talking to someone. It’s going to suggest you stay in bed and isolate yourself or go out on the p**s to forget how you feel. The best tip and advice I can give is that the human body and the mind are meant to be in sync. If you’re physically well but mentally struggling your body will follow it downhill pretty damn quickly. There is so much associated with mental health that is actually physical some people wouldn’t even realise. Trust me, whatever your mind does your body will always catch up and vice versa. Treat one well and the other will will fall into place. MIND is just one charity you can turn to and I am so happy to have raised what I have to help 🙌

As you know I’m doing this challenge to raise money and awareness in mental health! I’m setting a goal this weekend to raise £31 today and tomorrow. If I have 31 friends on here who all just donated £1 each that would be incredible 🤩 again it doesn’t have to be much. As you go into a new year, spend sometime to reflect on what 2023 has taught you. If you have or haven’t achieved your goals that’s ok. If don’t make any resolutions for 2024 that too is ok. Just be happy that you are here, that you have made it through another year with highs and lows and that you did it! Don’t put preassure on yourself to make changes. One day at a time. So tonight what ever you do, I hope you have fun 🤩 happy new year 🥳
