After that, Flexercise starts at 11.00 - Chair based exercises, to music, to help with strength, balance and coordination.

It was lovely to be able to open the doors at Birchfield Hall this morning for the Senior's coffee morning. Thank you for coming.
We spent our time colouring, which is good for creativity, fine motor skills, it can also be calming and ease anxiety. We also did some crosswords with the help of each other!
Our coffee morning is every other Wednesday at Birchfield Hall 10.30 - 12.00.
If you would like to meet new people for good conversation, you would be very welcome.

We enjoyed an hour long walk this morning! If you would like to join us next Tuesday, we start at 09.30 from St Peter's Community Centre, Westfield

Health Walk and Flexercise tomorrow - come to one, or both!

The walk starts at 09.30, we walk for about an hour. It is a great way to meet new people and move your body at the same time.

Flexercise is a seated exercise session to help improve balance, coordination and strength. It starts at 11.00 for an hour.

Both groups are at St Peter's Community Centre, Westfield

The Community Centre offers tea/coffee and even lunch.

Both groups run every Tuesday, except for when staff are on annual leave, but we give plenty of notice of this.

Currently no Flexercise on Tuesday 23rd may.

NHS and social care services in Somerset lose money every year due to missing equipment.

HAPPY CAFÉ
After four and a half years of running the Happy Café every fortnight at St Peter's Community Centre, Westfield we are bringing it to an end.

Thank you to everyone that has attended over the years and made it such a great space.

We didn’t even let the Pandemic stop us and were very inventive on Zoom every week!

Our last one will be on Wednesday 17th April where we hope you will join us to remember our most favourite times.

A big thank you to St Peter's Community Centre, Westfield for allowing us to be there.
Also thank you to Action for Happiness for supporting us. We have loved being a small part of your great movement.

Our Health Walk and Flexercise will continue as usual.
