๐”๐’๐„ ๐“๐‡๐šฐ๐’ ๐Ÿ‘€๐Ÿšซ๐Ÿ† The โ€˜Donโ€™t be a dickโ€™ method is a handy tool I give my clients when they are making decisions around food Now we know in life, all the best things come from some where in the middle because #balance Nobody wants to live their life eating just salad, or living their life like โ€˜fish n rice cake guyโ€™ Thatโ€™s boring and miserable ๐Ÿ˜ฉ And youโ€™re being a dick to yourself If youโ€™re following me, I know youโ€™re not about that life ๐Ÿ˜˜ Same if youโ€™re diet consists of Ben and Jerrys Ice Cream and McDonaldโ€™s 4x a day That too is also being a dick Finding somewhere in the middle In a place that gets you the results you want in terms of your body and your energy levels BUT also makes your life a nice thing to be part of for you (and your nearest and dearest) OR I can help you do that ๐Ÿ˜‰ Time to get mindful over this, get results but also enjoy your life too!
