Today is National White Chocolate Cheesecake Day! We love white chocolate here at York Cocoa House and use it to make a range of chocolates, truffles and hot chocolate. Containing 36% cocoa solids, our white chocolate is handcrafted at our Chocolate Manufactory using a rich whole cream milk powder combined with Madagascan Bourbon Vanilla to give a rich and creamy balance. Cocoa Bean Analysis
Today we mostly sorted, chopped, roasted, ground up and tasted some new cocoa beans!
We received some amazing bean samples from around the world that we have been looking forward to analysing. So as a post Easter treat we spent the day getting up close and personal with this lot.
