Another Christmas do. More people than last year! These guys are here for a reason, continuing to do what we say we will do. Delivering some fantastic projects this year both internally and externally.

I say this every year, but every year it means more... we have another MASSIVE year next year. 20 years in the making. Groundworks in place. Now we start to really build... 😉

Awesome job - originally a separate kitchen, dining room and garage. Remit was to extend and create a fabulous open plan kitchen / reception room with separate utility and downstairs WC whilst retaining the front of the garage. What an awesome job to be involved in from concept to completion. All done with the clients living at the property throughout. We have been quiet recently on social media... not that we have been quiet mind!

On the contrary, we have been delivering and doing what we say we will do, always. 🤟👏👊. Kudos to the team for their continued efforts and contributions.

Big big news coming soon as well... watch this space. 😏. All the groundwork, the near 20 years of planning, building and progressing has led to this point... exciting huh?!

In the meantime, we will be posting pictures of completed projects this year very soon. Some absolutely brilliant transformations!

A bit slow on the update with this one... bi folds, lantern and steels all in. Starting to take shape now - this is going to be an incredible space. Continuing to do what we say we will do. 👍💪👌🔥

What a transformation! Out with the old and in with the new. Full kitchen strip out and replacement Inc plastering, tiling, flooring etc etc. This now looks seriously fresh.

Busy start to a Tuesday! 2nd pour of the day as we make big progress on 2 projects!

What a year!!! Some big battles and some big lows BUT finishing with some massive wins and even bigger highs making this the best year ever. Minor setbacks always pave the way for major comebacks.
Good team, solid workbank and some really cool things in the pipeline both in delivery and future business development.
Thanks to all that have supported us this year - it is greatly appreciated and of course, reciprocated.
I probably say this every year, but next year is MASSIVE. I'm excited.

Great night out with the team aka my construction family. A shame a few missed it with illness and calendar classes, but this won't be the last.
Delivered some awesome stuff this year despite facing some real adversity.
Good people forming a good team doing what they say they will do.
Big year next year... and we need to be having nights like this more often!

Last but certainly not least - youngest boy started school! He would have preferred to have been on site though 🤷

Every project we do has to be better than the last.
We aim to provide top drawer accommodation that is fully licensed and regulated. This isn't an episode of slum dog landlords. We do what we say we will do.

New kitchen going in at the main house now. Completely turning this place around from a tired student property to a vibrant HMO. Nearly there, nearly there!

Progress! Windows and doors in. Fencing around the perimeter almost complete. One bathroom almost finished. Flooring nearly done in the study centre.

A big few weeks coming. As always thanks to the team for the commitment, effort and of course quality.

Had a social media lasp last week but getting back on it now!
Almost fully boarded in the house extension whilst the study centre is well on the way to being plastered! Quickly coming together now. A quality team producing quality work.

Wonderful progress. Internal studwork erected in the main house extension, 1st fix plumbing done with 1st fix electrical scheduled early next week. It's coming together fast! All work being done with tenants insitu with no issues and continuing to remain great relationships with the neighbours. A top job coming together through hard work, commitment and communication. We do what we say we will do.

Finished floor level coming along nicely! Aiming to be plastering by early next week! Gotta love these timber frames.
Windows arriving in a few weeks as well all being well. A great team effort with everyone on the same page 👏 💪
