When we talk about supporting local, we’re not just talking about ourselves here at WHISK.

Our beetroot toast is created using beetroots (pickled, roasted and hummus), gorgeous cherry tomatoes (look at those colours!) and beautiful edible flowers. All loaded on toasted sourdough, finished with pea shoots.

We use a number of local suppliers, so when you eat with us it’s not just our small business you’re supporting!
