Can everyone please remind and familiarise them selves with my booking and cancellation policy.

When booking an appointment your automatically are agreeing to all my booking and cancellation policy's.

Failure to follow these policy's will result in you no long being able to book in with myself. Unfortunately I'm having to clamp down harder than usual with these policy's with people not turning up and cancelling last minute meaning I can't get anyone else in the gaps left. And being self employed this is my only income, I have bills to pay and business overheads etc.

I've had to update my booking and cancellation policy's.

So can everyone please make sure they are reading these before booking an appointment.

Unfortunately due to increased number of cancellations and no shows I'm now having to be more strict with these policy's.

I am a self employed business owner who has bills to pay for, house to pay for, food bills, rent, pets and now a beauty room to pay for. and with these increased numbers of no shows and cancellations this is becoming hard at times. With this being a buiness im building I am starting as I mean to go on.

I can't thank everyone enough who's respected these policy's and the people who have supported me.

When booking an appotiment for a treatment over £20 I require a £15 deposit per treatment to secure the time & date. The rest of the treatment cost can be paid either via bank transfer or cash at the end of the treatment on the day.

If you have to cancel your appointment please give me atleast 48 hours notice so I can try my best to fit you in at a later date or time, anything less than 48 hours will mean you will lose your depoist and have to pay the £15 depoist again at time of rebooking.Or a £15 cancellation fee will be charged (at my discretion)

Cancellation on the day of treatment will result in a fee of the full cost of treatment. This includes cancellation of one treatment if there's multiple booked.

Shall we talk brown lamination after care?☺️

☁️ Avoid water, steam and any facial treatment for the first 24-48 hours after treatment.
☁️Be ge***al with your brows, avoid pulling and tugging on them.
☁️ Sleeping on your back is best as side sleeping can kink the brow hair.
☁️Avoid wearing brow gel and make up for the first 24-48 hours after treatment.
☁️Be mindful the strong sun and uv lights can course the tint to fade quicker.
☁️ Rebook your lamination every 6-8 weeks or once brows are no longer manipulated

Few other tips

☁️Purchase a lash / brow conditioner to help maintain that lift and health of your hairs (available to by from Beauty by KB) please make sure this serum is approved by your tech before use.
☁️ Avoid oily products around the eye area as oils can break down the lamination.
☁️Make sure when you do apply make up you remove it daily.
☁️ Avoid steam rooms and saunas for 24-48 hours after treatment.
☁️Brush your brow hairs daily.
