Thank you so so much for everyone that has sent messages, we are so grateful for everyone's best wishes and so pleased we are missed.❤😘

Update, some temporary works and boarding is going to be done in week commencing 10 July and we hope to re-open Tuesday 18th July.

We are so looking forward to getting behind that fryer and serving you again...we are looking forward to some fish and chips ourselves.......!!!lol😋

Dear Customers,

Unfortunately we had an incident on Sunday 3am (a car went into the premises- the driver is okay) which has caused damage to the Happy Haddock premises. We will therefore be closed until work is carried out. We hope to reopen asap.

In the meantime thank you so much for being friends as well as our customers. We will miss not being open and chatting and serving you. 🙁

Following the Governments announcement, as we are a takeaway we will be back open after the Christmas break from Tuesday 5th January as usual.

Please vote for us again this week. There is a coupon in The Press today, Thursday 26th and Friday 27th to complete and return. You can send the completed coupon direct to The Press or drop of at the Happy Haddock and we will forward.

We are officially reopened. Look forward to seeing you all there. Our customer safety is paramount and we are abiding by strict cleaning procedures and social distancing. Keep safe :)

We have been getting a lot of messages from our lovely customers over the past few weeks, asking if we are open.

Therefore after careful consideration and some changes made from this Thursday 23rd April we will be re-opening our doors. Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings we will be open from 4:45-7:30pm and we will continue to monitor the situation on a weekly basis.

Please be advised we have placed some changes for your safety, as the wellbeing of everyone is paramount. Please be assured we will be continuing our strict cleaning procedures to keep up our high standards (consistently awarded 5 stars from the Food Standards Agency - the highest mark available).

We will be allowing two customers inside at any one time. There will be ample space to queue outside to keep to social distancing.
