Our new Langos is now on the menu! The BALKAN GOAT introduces an exciting mixture of flavours from one of the hidden gems of Europe. The traditional ajvar base is topped with goat cheese fresh greens, shredded chicken, onion and rose pepper. 😜🤩

I'd like to introduce to you the heart and soul of our magic trailer: Erika (my mum), the Queen and Chief Sorcerer of the House of Langos. 😊 She and her friend Agi are waiting for you with all the langos you can eat at the and later (hopefully soon) at a permanent spot in the beautiful medieval city of YORK! 🤗🤗

It was well-known tale in medieval Hungary that langos is not merely an aphrodisiac or a solution to all heartaches. No… langos is more than that.
Rumor has it that langos has been fuelling warriors and athletes for decades! We think Usain Bolt may have been one of our regular customers, but we are not sure. He was too fast. 😋
Back to the point: we will be at the Marathon du Malton on the 18.09.2022 and we are very much looking forward to see you all! 😊🧄🌶🏃‍♂️

The langos… here still in its purest, medieval form. Freshly out of the pan, underneath the golden, crispy crust there is a soft inside… now garlic oil… or perhaps green or red pesto… grated cheese and creme fresh… the salty taste of the crispy bacon and the red onion… 😜😋
