We are delighted to share that the shop is now open again!

Thank you to all of our customers who have been in so far. We really appreciate the lovely positive feedback to the upgrade and your patience during the last week while shelves have been restocked and some delayed work which is still being done.

One final stage to be completed is our new shop counter which is being delivered tomorrow Thursday 11th.

This will require a brief shop closure to ensure it is installed safely.

We will open as usual tomorrow morning but will close once this arrives.

We are very sorry for the disturbance once again but this is something that has been out of our hands.

An appreciation post to the community of Rawcliffe and beyond who helped and supported us in raising for the Defib at Christmas. Firstly Rawcliffe Parish Council for supporting and providing this amazing life saving machine.
A massive thankyou to Paul and his team at AES Electrical & Elkie Tuesday Buckland for offering to fit the device in for free. This is now up outside the front of the shop.
The raised money has been forwarded to the chosen charities.
We have chose to support Dementia Forward via Fiona Andrews to support for more local groups in Rawcliffe.
Also donation made to In Memory Of Dominic Ryan - Cuddle Bed Project Fundraising via his lovely wife Louise Ryan.
Both very worthy causes and we hope this supports them to carry on doing an amazing job they are.

So where to begin..
We wish all our fabulous community, family & friends a Happy New Year to start.
Our annual 2024 fundraise came to an end on Saturday for a Defibrillator.
We are truly overhwhelmed and grateful for all the support from all that helped made it possible and donated for the raffle and the Defibrillator. This was not possible without each and everyone of you.
A big mention to Keith Robbo Gale Andrews Robinson Craig Rooke Darren Jones Jonah who supported us with giving up their special time to sell raffles and donate and gather prizes and also our ladderman keith for putting lights up. This is our amazing team!
A special mention to Val Tuckley for taking out her time to pop instore to help us sell tickets💓 and also Colleen Blog for helping sell tickets.

We were grateful to have BBC Radio York to have us on air to support this fundraise and will have us back on again to update soon on 8th January.

A special mention to Rawcliffe Parish Council for approaching us and deciding to support us and fund the Defibrillator- this is amazing!
Which means the money raised will be equally split and go to 2 Charities once decided.

The total raised up until yesterday was an amazing £2200! WOW!! 💪🥰🥳 this total is amazing and all credit to each and every one of you in the community that made this possible.
