We may still point on occasion (because who wouldn't!) but we'll also work hard to make York a better place.

Great to speak to residents of Fylingdale Avenue & nearby today. Residents here are as furious with the Liberal Democrats' record as we are! It's clear that York won't stand for their Blue Badge ban, their potholed roads, their self-serving payoffs, & their lies any more!
Unlike the Liberal Democrats and Green councillors, York Labour does not believe Blue Badge holders are a terrorist threat in York and we see no reason why they cannot be allowed access to the city centre as other essential vehicles can.
£3.5m of your money has been spent on excluding local Blue Badge holders from accessing their own city, and you've been doubly punished by that this money has been taken out of the budget for road repairs.
Enough of this hateful mismanagement of our great city!
Great to chat to so many people in and around Clifton Moor & Roundhill Link this morning. It's clear that you want a change in how York is run, & Labour is looking forward to our chance to provide that 🌹
