Hi everyone! Not the kind of post I like to make, but sometimes needs must.😬
This is a reminder that no show fees need to be paid on the day of the missed appointment. We have a handful of payments still not recieved from this month. If you don’t turn up and don’t let us know, we lose out on income. Any outstanding payments need to be made by the end of today (30th May) as we have our monthly accounts to sort. Failure to pay will result in the cancellation of any future bookings. I understand that things can happen out of your control but we are only a call or text message away and always do what we can to reschedule and accommodate swaps and last minute cancellations. Reminders are sent out of courtesy however it is not our responsibility to keep you on track of your appointments.
Sorry for the long winded post but we can’t keep losing out on money- we have bills to pay too. 🐾🐶
