Working Saturday again .Due to large amounts of jobs .

Fridays job all done ready for the next Job tomorrow. Top coats done lead work to wall done too .

Thursdays job, hacking plaster off due to water ingress cause by badly finished window cladding replaced the water damaged plaster for new .

Overboard ceiling and over skim walls, fit new dado rail and picture rail, decorative panels to do between dado and skirting boards, for a customer in Leeds.

Insulation plasterboard fitted to a cold external walls, first floor to eliminate black mould and reduce heat loss, for a customer in York.

Tuesdays job , fixing hole in roof and some pointing to gable .over boarded ceiling in cupboard and cleaned wall then repainted with mould paint .

Sunday , that's another job completed so the the builder can carry on with is plaster boarding .

Working sat &sun just to get jobs out of the way .installing a Dampproof course injection and fitting a vapour tanking so the builder can fit plaster boarding to the walls .

Up date on the other job the lads are on .dampproof course has been done .

Thursdays update, top coat of finish been applied.

Tuesday other job the lads are on .hacked of the plaster works and installed a chemical dampproof course injection ready for re plastering tomorrow. Removed skirting boards to front and rear first floor bedrooms ready for insurlation plaster boarding to the external walls to reduce the mould which is a issue over winter .

Tuesday back at it after the holiday break .hacked off the plaster installed a chemical dampproof course injection and fitted a vapour tanking to wall below ground level .ready for plastering tomorrow.

Plaster skim coat replacement due to another company bad replaster works .

Top coat of skim has been applied and polished off .

Wednesdays, backing coats over the vapour barrier .ready for skim to coat tomorrow.

Tuesday back to work .water ingress issues. Striped of the old damp plaster. Removed the plaster board too .supplied and fitted the vapour tanking to the masonry. Ready for plaster works tomorrow.

Large damp course carried out and tanking membrane in a cellar apartment in york. Andl a small sections of new 9inch skirting made to match existing.

Damp noted to a basement in Scarborough.

Up date from yesterday's job .render coats been applied today .

Mondays ,new job starting another dampproof course works.

Fridays job , roofing repairs ripped felt below the tiles allowed all the rain water in and damaged the ceiling which needs replacing too .

Thursday, dampproof course injection installed for a local building contractor.

We'd up date .vapour tanking fitted and floor channel re concreted. Ready for new plaster boarding tomorrow.

Back to work, update from Mondays job .basement work vapour tanking ,dpc injection works. Remove central heating rads ready for refitting.replaster and replaster boarding too .

Re sealed lead flashing, installed re bar and part rebuilt garage wall and a small damp course on one wall for a customer in York.

Dampproof course and kitchen taken out and put back outskirts of york

Repointing works done .

Thursdays job, grinding out old missing pointing and repointing to make water tight .

Roofing jobs in between the rain drops .cleaning out guttering and blocked down pipe .
