Our Story
We are located at the heart of York city centre, minutes away from the Minster and the Shambles. At Coto Kitchen, we are passionate about good food and desire to bring the best of Vietnamese cooking to city of York. Vietnamese cuisine combines the best of oriental cooking methods and the French-colonial flavours. The taste and the healthy natures associated with Vietnamese cooking explain why the cuisine has become so popular in America, France and Australia, and increasingly, in Britain. At Coto, we cater to both vegetarians and non-vegetarians and offer a variety of Gluten-free options. All of our foods are freshly prepared using the traditional recipes passed on to us from generations. We also offer “Bring your own bottle” for a small corkage charge. The name Coto is named after the northeastern most island in Vietnam famously known its natural beauty and unexploited by modern living.
