Can’t recommend this guy enoygh for Sports massage/ Massage therapy.
I’ve been working with Jan since 2017.

I used to travel almost a 3 hour round trip every single week whilst I competing, and I saw it as an absolute necessity.

For the first time I actually saw positive changes to my Physique from the treatment. I was able to grow my pecs, delts and biceps like I’d never managed before. So it wasn’t just a good release, and undo the tension for a few days. It was really long term corrective work because of his skill and knowledge of the body.

I still go to see Jan now even though I don’t compete. It just keeps any postural problems or injuries at bay, and allows me to progress with my physique still.

And as well as being an incredibly skilled massage therapist, he’s a lovely guy that I just look foreword to seeing too 💪😃
