Congratulations to A&J who got married at over the weekend! What a celebration they had. It was fabulous from every aspect. Every detail, carefully constructed and beautifully elegant.

Food has always been a focus for A&J so their menu was no exception. Food at every juncture! Starting on Friday evening with a pie and mash dinner and brownies. On the day they had an oyster station and 6 canapés followed by a really special 3 course meal which saw Seabass in the starter, fillet beef main and sticky toffee pudding g and hedgerow for dessert. Keeping the party ppl going in the evening was a hog roast and then Sunday morning was all about breakfast.

A&J, It has been a joy to go on your journey to this point. We all wish you every happiness as a couple and every success as Doctors!

Trio board!
We loved Beth & Chris’ choice for their trio board yesterday! In fact their whole menu was pretty epic, snackapes to start, chicken Milanese, arancini and steak with yummy sides for main and then this beauty! They really embraced making it their own and we loved bringing it to life for them! Congratulations to you both 🥳

Ah it’s been a while but she’s out again our Pretzel wall! 🥨 and doesn’t she look grand! Congratulations to K&L who have just tied their knot!

Team HG had a wonderful time cooking up some tasters at on Sunday! It was super to meet all the couples who popped by to say hi and we can’t wait to start planning your menus with you! 🥳💥

CRACKLING!!

It doesn’t matter how many wonderful dishes we make (and there are lots) it’s hard to beat our hog roast!

Using pigs from the family farm, a heritage breed that’s a little bit fatter than the average, the most amazing crackling is always guaranteed. Couple that with the most beautiful soft slow cooked pork, homemade stuffing, apple sauce made from our own and salvaged apples and local bread rolls and it is just hard to beat!!

And if it’s not your thing for a main meal, it’s even better to soak up some alcohol in an evening! Keep that party going!
