Thank you for your understanding during the last couple of weeks while we have been supporting colleagues from Ampleforth Surgery.
Although the support will continue our team have put in an incredible effort to clear the backlog caused by the fire.

‼️ Pharmacy will continue to be closed between 12pm and 2pm from Monday 11th Sept to Friday 15th Sept ‼️

A Herculean effort in pharmacy this week form the whole team which is very much appreciated.

We are monitoring the situation constantly and will be back to normal opening hours as soon as possible.

The phenomenal amount of work being done by our team to ensure both our patients and Ampleforth patients have their medication continues.

Our pharmacy staff are extremely busy and our being assisted by both surgery and visiting staff. We are doing everything we possibly can to provide help to all patients from both surgeries so please bear us during these unprecedented times.

I am sure many of you have heard about the shocking events at Ampleforth Surgery on Tuesday. Our thoughts are with all the staff affected by the incident.

Helmsley Surgery and Pharmacy are working to support Ampleforth in providing services to their patients as best as is possible and as quickly as possible in the circumstances.

Whether that be hosting clinics in our building or dispensing medication from our pharmacy. Please bear with both Ampleforth staff and our staff during this process as we are all doing our best to make it as seamless as possible.

Walk In Covid Clinic - Pickering Memorial Hall Monday 14th November.

Invitation to town’s walk-in Covid clinic Eligible patients aged 50 and over can now access a Covid vaccination in Pickering.

COVID Vaccine Update

The mobile vaccine unit is in Thornton Le Dale next week on Tuesday and Wednesday. It is a walk in so no appointment needed.

This has been arranged by the Yorkshire and Humber ICB to facilitate those who cannot reach vaccination sites further afield.
