My main contact, Helena-Jayne, was professional and very helpful throughout. As someone who is only half way through a first-time buyers 2 year fixed rate, I appreciated the experience and advice available. For example, Helena had to deal with quite a lot of push back from the first proposed lender, which I would have found very frustrating without her support. This service is not free however, so those with more knowledge should consider whether they want to pay £350 upfront. It was still more than worth it for me, both financially and for my peace of mind.
