I keep introducing you to the national dishes you can try in our gastrobar. Today it's time for Yahni, incredibly delicate dish of stew, vegetables and nuts. It is prepared in many countries and in each region it acquires a unique character inherent in the national cuisine. As for our gastrobar, there you can try a Kobuleti variation of Yahni. In Georgia Yahni is not a soup but a main dish enriched with traditional spices and walnut.
It's a dish with rich flavour, a great amount of onions and meat melting in your mouth. The seasonings, garlic and local herbs give Yahni a little spice, which you won't taste immediately, but it will let you feel a wave-like warmth in your chest.

The rocking Deep House '80-90s party is tomorrow! We decided to make a present for those of you who reserved a table - Jack and Coke cocktail.

Most of us first saw Jack and Coke in Hollywood movies. Massive glass with ice cubes and dark amber drink in a character's hand was a rate of success.
In Europe the idea of mixing sweet Coca-Cola and whiskey was brought by The Beatles. In the early '60s, after the American tour, the band was drinking this cocktail with no title or mixing it by themselves. The Beatlemania army couldn't stay indifferent, and the fashion for this cocktail spread throughout Europe. An elementary recipe consisting of three steps which you don't have to write down: everyone can easily mix whiskey, Coca-Cola and ice.

It's early in the morning, the first rays of sun are shining through the curtains and you are sitting on the bed rubbing your sleepy eyes, while your caring granny is preparing breakfast. Sweet Sinory helps you return to your childhood. Mouthwatering rolls saturated with chestnut honey have a natural creamy taste. And not only they are generously covered with nuts and dried fruits, you can also taste a slight hint of love. Don't refuse yourself the pleasure to visit us and try it yourself!

Malakhto. There is no denying that the word itself is mouthwatering. Malakhto is an Adjarian national dish made from green beans with native herbs. The bright taste of cilantro and parsley is gently softened with nuts. And the dish is served with corn tortillas Mchadi tempting you with a golden crust.
You can eat Malakhto right away, or you can wait for it to cool down and become fully saturated.

It's a great pleasure to share the wonderful news! Our breakfast menu features dishes to satisfy every taste: oatmeal with various additives, Georgian matsoni with seasonal berries, fragrant cheese omelet, airy scrambled egg "chizhi-pyzhi", delicate poached eggs with smoked salmon, home-made pancakes with sour cream and tender syrniki. The only thing better than our syrniki for breakfast is syrniki for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
