Sending samples is usually quite an easy process- gather the sample bottles, pack, deliver to the terminal, fill in the paperwork there, do the customs clearance, back to terminal and wines are ready to go ✈️🍾🍾🍾 but sometimes bureaucracy takes lead and simple procedure becomes a big headache 🤪 finally you end up spending two days running back and forth between the terminal and customs 🏃🏻‍♀️ and standing in “evergreen” lines 😶

We don’t mind any headache as long as the job is done 😎
