So a customer visited us on Wednesday the 14th for a meal and left the below review.

The customer didn’t want to keep the receipt for the bill, She then a day later saw a charge for £70 when she thought the total bill was 49£ which was the total charge of her food bill not including drinks as shown on the attached bill.

We feel so upset to have a public review written that is totally not on par with our ethos. This industry is harsh at the best of times but when this happens and no contact is made between them and us and we need to hear it on a review on our booking site it is deeply disappointing. As you can see on the bill in the attached images she was not charged a service charge koi koi does not add tips onto the bill.
