Yesterday I was training with LauG FITNESS at THE BLACK BOX and Laura gave me so much positive energy! At the Black Box there is so cool garage vibe, very cosy atmosphere. You can actually feel relaxed and have fun there and be yourself. There is no feeling awkward like it can be at the public gym with lots of people around you! Especially when you are new to fitness and ready to go big but still feeling a bit shy!
We had a nice chat about my eating habits and what my goals are and LauG Fitness has created program for me to fit me! I trust Lau Gherman because she is training hard for many years and we share the same values- its about self love. It’s important to accept yourself, believe that you deserve to be happy and healthy and be the best version of yourself. This is going to be a great journey and I want to share it with you!
