As a Sales Consultant (Online or Remote Only) with Winilab we train you to offer Burglar Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, and Fire Alarm services to the commercial and residential market in Ghana and deliver professional sales presentations to businesses and homeowners in the Ghanaian market mainly in Accra, Tema & Kasoa.

Responsibilities:

Conduct sales presentations to commercial decision-makers and homeowners, both online and at their location, that build trust and educating customers on the advantages of Winilab Alarms Systems services.
Identify customer needs and provide the appropriate solutions.
Negotiate and close the sale.
Daily job is done on online only not a physical office.

Qualifications:
We would prefer the candidate lives in Accra,Tema & Kasoa.
Be at least 21 years of age
Include 3 heads of an institution with Full Name , Position, Institution name and contact in your cv.
No criminal records holders.
HND or degree or equivalent; associate's or bachelor’s degree a plus
Experience in the electronic security industry a plus.
Driver's license and clean driving record
Basic computer / Math skills
Ability to lift up to 35kg.

Role Purpose

Successful candidates for the Sales Executive role will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluating customer needs. Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and field visits as well as setting up meetings with potential clients.
