Creating a circle of people who are struggling with their Mental Health,
to share our stories, coping mechanisms and encouraging each other to hold on to hope. We aim to sensitize the public about Mental Illnesses and hopefully help Ghanaians to unlearn long held toxic beliefs about people with such conditions.

Yesterday, I was sworn in as a member of the newly established Mental Health Review Tribunal along with other members. I am honoured and grateful for this opportunity to serve my nation and most importantly, to work to uphold the rights of people with conditions in Ghana.
